His current role as independent consultant grew out of a long career with Walt Disney Imagineering, where he was able to combine his love of storytelling with his longtime passion for the future. This led him to learn and think deeply about the future, and to collaborations with groups looking at the future of the workforce, corporate citizenship, technology, sustainability, and of course, the broader world of entertainment.

Leslie Kemp Poole is an award-winning writer and historian. A fourth-generation Floridian, she has long been interested in the role of women in the state’s environmental movement and how they were saving the state’s important natural resources even before they were able to vote. She is Visiting Professor of Environmental Studies at Rollins College and received her PhD in History from the University of Florida in 2012.
