In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Flutura Ibrahimi is a marketing specialist with a long experience in marketing and social projects agency. She was always active in various sports, but in the last five years more in hiking, bike, running, climbing, yoga, etc. She engages in these activities not to 'lose weight' but to fill her soul with good energy to challenge herself and also to promote the good that nature and sports can be for our health. Recently, with two other girls from Kosovo, they climbed Mount Blank and and thus become the first Albanian women to have concurred the highest peak in Europe. What makes Flutura special is her great love for nature and the way she transmits it to others, spreading positive energy and love to all generations.

Gani Xhengo

Photo reporter for the Albanian Telegraphic Agency (TIA), Gani is particularly well-known for chronologically photographing the democratic processes in Albania (December 1990- March 1992). From early 1992 Gani has opened several artistic exhibitions in Albania and abroad, mainly focusing on the years of pluralism in Albania and the democratic processes of early 1990. In 1996, Gani published his first album of photography titled "Rebirth".

Ylli Rugova

Ylli Rugova is a PhD candidate in General Linguistics, an information designer, typographer and activist from Kosovo. He is part of the first digital generation that have successfully implemented four types of letters, among which, the Rilindja and Ekstropia. Ylli's work can be seen in various newspapers in Kosovo and Albania. In 2005, in collaboration with two other designers and illustrators, he founded a design company in Pristina. As a political and social activist, he is known as one of the founders of the Strong Party (Partia e Fortë) and initiator of a series of political and social events in Kosovo.
