We believe university is a place where bias should be eliminated. These days, we see too many occasion where women being unfairly cheated. Not only the basic issues on women's rights such as domestic violence, sexual violence, education and health care, the fundamental stereotype against woman should also be talked among public. The society is changing, more and more feminism issues apears in the public. We now want to push the discussion further.

Jiang Juan is a teacher in Communication University of China with research interests in documentary films.She has been participating in making documentary films in CCTV.
