Grigori Karanikolov
Grisha Karanikolov. Mr. Karanikolov is the chairman of the Association Debates- Sofia. As a chairman, his main aim is to spread the approach of the informal education among the schools and universities. His experience as a Senior Sales Engineer in Telerik is the reason his qualities for negotiations, business meetings, training sessions and conferences to be very valued. There is hardly another man like Mr. Karanikolov whose addiction to good music and snowboarding is very famous. Mr. Karanikolov favours the productive work with open-minded and positive people.
Ikonom Filipov
Ikonom Filipov - Nomi is very a positive and smiling young man. He is in constant struggle with the status quo. He likes when things are happening and tries to pass this skill to everyone around him. Mr. Filipov is fully committed to the creation process of leaders, constantly provoking people in his surrounding to transcend them and get them out of the comfort zone. Mr. Filipov is professionally engaged in the commercialization of technology projects and in has generously dedicated his free time to the Association of Bulgarian leaders and entrepreneurs (ABLE). Two of the biggest projects he has developed there over the past year are Get in the Ring and ABLE Mentor.
Kristiyan Mihailov
Kristiyan Mihailov has experience in the field of game mechanics in the educational processes. Also, Mr. Mihailov has been part of the teaching staff at the department "Administration and Management" at the University of National and World Economy. Further, Mr. Mihailov develops a personal business game that aims to help more people to start their own business. Along with all of his other commitments, he has found time to work on his first book in this field. Kristiyan Mihailov is co-Founder of the Bulgarian innovative project MyTeletouch.

Mila Robert
Mila Robert is a young and ambitious girl from Sofia. She was a participant in the Bulgarian X Factor. Ms. Robert loves listening to music, playing the guitar and singing. You can see her dancing around Sofia, especially when it is sunny or raining. She likes to tell people to "have fun." Ms. Robert loves animals the most and describes them as her passion.
Nadia Zaharieva
Nadya Zaharieva has worked in the banking sector for 17 years. In 2009, Mrs. Zaharieva abruptly changed her field of affiliation and heads the program "Art and Culture" in the organization "America for Bulgaria". Some of the biggest projects leaded by Mrs. Zaharieva are the Children Research Center "Muzeyko" and educational and arts programs for children.
Petar Sharkov
Peter Sharkov is the co-founder and president of Start It Smart, one of the first and most significant business organizations in Bulgaria. He is also a co-founder and trainer at Mind Mapping, licensed personally by the founder of Mind Mapping - Tony Buzan. The company focuses on accelerated learning through the use of innovative instruments. In addition to all of his achievements, Mr. Sharkov is the leader of the first ever pre-accelerator in Bulgaria, Start It Smart | Pre-Accelerator, which consists of a 10-week training and mentoring program for beginner entrepreneurs. His desire to educate himself and the people around him is the essential part of the driving forces behind the projects he leads.
Theodosii Theodosiev
Theodosii Theodosiev - a teacher of applied mathematics and physics. He is the creator of the original methodology for the formation of the power intellect. Over the past four decades, he is the leader of the national school of applied mathematics and physics graduates whose awards are from the highest national and international competitions. Theodosii Theodosiev is the only Bulgarian teacher who has been awarded by the Bulgarian Parliament. Mr. Theodosiev is the winner of many awards and is an honoured citizen of his hometown. Mr. Theodosiev continues to teach students and considers his greatest achievement his students’ medals.
Todor Kolev
Todor Kolev is the founder of the boutique software company Obecto. Much of his time he devotes to start-ups such as SEC Live and SoTexy where he is working as co-founder and consultant. He defines himself as a passionate entrepreneur, considering programming as his vocation. Mr. Kolev has many years of experience in the software industry as developer, system architect, team-leader, project manager and CEO. Among his life-experience is his participation as co-author of the book "Programming .NET Framework", and his work in the project at the Institute of Technology in Massachusetts as well as conducting presentations to the Union of Mathematicians in Bulgaria. Mr. Kolev participated in numerous educational and entrepreneurial initiatives always driven by the desire to support the talented youth in Bulgaria.
Viktor Balabanov
Mr. Viktor Balabanov has a master degree in organizational psychology and is certified business coach with nearly 7 years of practical experience in conducting workshops, training and teambuilding in over 60 companies in Bulgaria and the Balkan countries. From September 2014, Mr. Balabanov has launched his own project: “I can be ...” - an initiative aimed to developing presentation skills of young people and the realization of the connection between education and business in Bulgaria.

Business consultant during the 2015 innovation camp, organized by Junior Achievement;
Lecturer and business consultant in training camp program Arete youth Bulgaria;
Was mentor at the “ABLE mentor program”.
