Ciaran Kelly

General Manager CR/SK at Zepter InternationaI

Ciaran S. Kelly is the General Manager of Zepter International and a Member of its Board of Advisors. Previously he was head of the Task Force Team at SKODA Auto 2011-2013, and before that Director of Sales, Operations and Marketing for AAA AUTO Group 1999-2010. In addition he has been teaching courses at Prague universities in the subjects of Humanities and Business/Communications since 1999. He also helped to start the Czech Association of American Football back in 1992. Since then he has coached or refereed every season. He has 5 x National titles as coach of Prague Panthers.

Huy Do Quang

Student of Business Administration

Huy is in his last year of his undergraduate studies of Business Administration at the University of New York in Prague. His family has immigrated to the Czech Republic when he was only two years old and has lived here for the past twenty years. Having been brought up between two diametrically opposing culture systems, namely the conservative east Asian and the open, free-minded European, has added a challenging dynamic to his life. However, it also provided an opportunity to look at the world through multiple lenses, to see different kinds of beauty and to break down stereotypes. Moreover, Huy is a passionate martial artist; he currently holds the first-degree black belt in Taekwondo WTF. Moreover, Huy is a foodie; he enjoys all kinds of cuisine, mostly his native Vietnamese and Italian. He is fascinated by new technologies and one day would love to become a part of that process.

Jan Mühlfeit

Top manager, global strategist, coach and mentor

A global strategist, coach and mentor; Jan Mühlfeit spent more than 20 years with Microsoft in different executive positions; his last role as Chairman Europe. With a number of prestigious awards and recognitions as the Presidential Award for Excellence, Czech Computer Science Personality of the Year and Czech Republic Best Manager (1999), Mr. Mühlfeit is now taken working to help individuals, organizations and countries around the world to unlock their human potential. He coaches top executives around the globally and works closely with INSEAD, Cambridge, Gallup, and SeedCamp. Most recently, he authored a book about his path, experience and lessons in leadership, “The Positive Leader”.

Martin Pavlíček

Managing Director at Havas PR

Having held a number of high-profile positions in central European public relations, Mr. Pavlíček brings a case study approach to UNYP Public Relations classes. Mr. Pavlíček holds a master’s degree in Public Relations from La Salle University, USA, as well as an MBA from L'Institut universitaire Kurt Bösch in Switzerland. Mr. Pavlíček has held several high-profile PR positions, including the Czech energy giant ČEZ Group where he worked in internal communication, as a spokesperson and as social media manager. He also worked as the director of corporate communication department at Unipetrol - the largest Czech petrochemical and refinery group. He currently works as corporate communication director for UPC Czech Republic.

Monika Tutterová

Life and Career Coach at Imagine Solution

Monika has received her coaching diploma at Ericson College and became internationally accredited under the ICF organization. Monika Tutterová is an instructor at UNYP and a regular contributor to UNYP Chronicle. Being a professional coach, author of a book ''I am the captain,'' and lecturer she gains from her everyday practice the insight into the differences in communication and expressing ourselves with different personalities and cultures involved. In her work she focuses on fear transformation and reduction; communication and building self-confidence.

Nahal Yousefian

Director of Culture and Engagement at Tesco

Nahal joined Tesco's fresh&easy US operations in November 2006 as an Employee Relations analyst. She moved to Prague in 2013 and headed up the HR department for the Czech business prior to moving to her current role heading up Culture and Engagement across Tesco’s International Businesses in Europe, Asia and India. Previously, Nahal was Director of ER for the fresh&easy retail and corporate offices and as a business partner led HR operations of their manufacturing and distribution centers. She advised the officer group on strategic human resources initiatives with a focus on labor relations and employment law. Before Tesco, Nahal was director of human resources and operations for EDI-Health group, Inc. where she helped a merger and an acquisition supporting over 250 people through the process. Nahal graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Education, Psychology and English.

Natalia Khozyainova

Student of Communication & Mass Media

Natalia Khozyainova comes from the small town of Ukhta. Living far away from all big cities, her parents developed a strong goal to travel and visit as many countries as possible, so from the young age Natalia has had a chance to experience different cultures and develop her own view of the world. Currently Natalia is studying Communication & Mass Media at the University of New York in Prague. The experience of being an exchange student in the USA and the Netherlands also gave her insights into different educational systems and allowed her to draw experience from the dynamic comparisons. Natalia believes that changing the whole world is impossible, but bringing a positive change into one community can change the world of a whole somebody, and for this objective it's worth living.

Olya Esipova

Student of Psychology

Olya Esipova is a Psychology student at University of New York in Prague from Uzbekistan, Central Asia. Winner of the Young Conservation Leadership Award she is an active member of the Saiga Conservation Alliance (SCA), a network of researchers and conservationists protecting the critically endangered Saiga Antelope. She is a passionate conservationist, and has been involved in wildlife protection since childhood having come from a family of dedicated biologists. Fortunate enough to have been given access to the most stunning wildlife throughout even remote regions of Uzbekistan sparked her interest for volunteering with wildlife sites and in local communities. Olya also discovered a deep fascination as well with human nature itself, which is why she chose to study Psychology.

Victoria Velvet

Singer, Businesswoman and Triathlete

Victoria was born and raised in Cape Town - South Africa.She moved with her family to the Czech Republic in 1998 where she continued her studies in music. Growing up she was influenced by music. In 2006 she released her first album under Universal Music ''THIS IS ME'' and went on to release a second album in 2009 '' VELVET''. She has since then toured and released many singles that are played on European radios. She has lived in many countries and toured in many countries and her vocation is'' imagine a better you everyday''. Victoria is the cofounder of the charity organization Velvet smile and has recently launched an e-commerce shop BODYBYME that sells Brazilian fitness wear for ladies. Victoria regularly sings live vocals with DJ's and is working on her next album.

Yemi AD is a multiple award winning choreographer and director living between Prague and Los Angeles. He focuses on highly artistic & conceptual executions of live shows, music videos & commercials. He has been a member of the creative team of Kanye West since 2010. His company produces dozens of events, shows & projects internationally every year.
