Towards Compassionate Emergency Care

Current focus is on how we overcome the real world challenges of delivering compassionate care in a busy emergency department.
I believe compassion directly addresses many of the process failures inherent in a target driven system. Leadership is about finding the courage to tackle root causes at a deeper level - a journey I hope we can share.
