Andrew Boraine

Andrew Boraine is Chief Executive of the Cape Town Partnership, and Adjunct Professor at the African Centre for Cities at UCT. Andrew has been involved in South Africa’s local government and urban development processes for the past thirty years, as activist, advisor, negotiator, government planner, city manager, facilitator, communicator and writer.

Stan Engelbrecht

Stan works with Nic Grobler on Bicycle Portraits, spending much of their time traveling through South Africa by bicycle, meeting and photographing every day South Africans and their bicycles. They harbor a deep love for the technical, mechanical and physical attributes of bicycles, and believe in the empowerment of bicycle ownership.

Nic Grobler

Cormac Cullinan

Cormac Cullinan is an author, practising environmental attorney and governance expert who has worked on environmental governance issues in more than 20 countries. His groundbreaking book “Wild Law” has played a significant role in informing and inspiring a growing international movement to recognise rights for Nature.
