Theme: Going Beyond

TEDxYouth@LCJSMS was created in the spirit of TED's mission, "ideas worth spreading." It supports independent organizers who want to create a TED-like event in their own community. These programs are designed to provoke thought and deep connection amongst viewers and speakers. To do this, a group of the most insightful and creative pupils has been selected in order to create a memorable event. This year's theme was "Going Beyond". Each speaker spent a year "going beyond" the classroom, immersing themselves in educational experiences.

I am thirteen, and this is my first time doing TEDx. In my free-time, I like to hang-out with my friends, play with my dog and go outside. My hobbies are singing, dancing, and acting.

I am Brynn, a seventh-grader at LCJSMS, love to play lacrosse and field hockey and play on elite teams for both. Also, I love the summer and going down to the beach, doing art in my free time, as well as spending time with friends and family.
