For almost 12 years now, as an educationalist, public speaker and strategic planner, he has played a vital role in improving systems and functions of the institutions and organizations that he has been a part of to behoove students and create a smooth transition for them from the educational world to the competitive world. He is passionate about learning new things and taking up new challenges. His true calling is training. He enjoys public speaking and is an able team leader and facilitator. He yearns to be the perfect blend of trainer, administrator and educationalist which will ultimately make him enable students to reach their zenith in both worlds, namely education and career.

Dilnawaz Khan is Founder & Chief Evangelist at Codesign Labs. He also consults & mentors technology startups wherein he enables them to go from zero to critical mass. With 4 years hands on experience in design & technology from his first company (a digital design agency), he, later on, went to join Startup Oasis – the first technology business incubator in Rajasthan. In early days of Startup Oasis, he worked as Manger - Business Development & played an integral role in building the Startup Ecosystem in Rajasthan. He has also worked with Unitus Seed Fund as a consultant & was a key organiser at Rajasthan Startup Fest, Startup Weekend & Angel Hack. Having worked with Startup Oasis for almost 3 years, he's now back to the entrepreneurial role and has founded Codesign Labs – a curated marketplace for freelance designers and developers. He is a Passionate Learner, an Avid Reader, a Mentor and an Entrepreneur who is always on a quest to Explore and Build New Things.

Dr. Lovi Raj Gupta

Executive Dean, Lovely Professional University

Dr. Lovi Raj Gupta is the Executive Dean, Faculty of Technology & Sciences, Lovely Professional University. He is a leading light in the field of Technical and Higher education in the country. His research focused approach and an insightful innovative intervention of technology in education has won him much accolades and laurels. He holds a PhD in Bioinformatics. He did his M.Tech. in Computer Aided Design & Interactive Graphics from IIT, Kanpur and B. E. (Hons) from MITS, Gwalior. Having flair for endless learning, has done more than 15 certifications and specializations online on IoT, Augmented Reality and Gamification, from University of California at Irvine, Yonsei University, South Korea and Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. In 2001 he was appointed as Assistant Controller (Technology), Ministry of IT, Govt. of India by the Honourable President of India in the Office of the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA).

An Honours graduate in Physics from the prestigious Hindu College in University of Delhi, Sanjay did his Masters in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology –Ghaziabad. He qualified Provincial Civil Services examination and was also invited to admission in the reputed Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) but wanting to work on a larger canvas, he finally joined general civil services at the Centre and worked with some of the most renowned and reputed Organisations of the Country like Central Vigilance Commission-the apex Integrity Institute of the nation. Sanjay has always been a keen student of human behaviour, it has always intrigued Sanjay that why some lives are so fulfilled while others just waste their fragrance. Why are some people always able to achieve what they want while others remain just onlookers. He looks to answer such questions through his researches and talks all over the country.

Mandeep Kaur Sidhu is a social entrepreneur, founder and CEO of a series of ventures - Simbacart, SimbaQuartz and an NGO, Smiles.Care. She started her journey with Simbacart an online shopping portal which majorly offers handmade products to its customers, especially footwear. The company is based in a small village Tangra in Punjab (India). Realizing the market needs and changing market trends, soon after Simbacart she came up with a new IT based venture SimbaQuartz, offering indigenous digital marketing and customized IT Solutions to the clients overseas. SimbaQuartz proved as her first profitable venture in the very first year. She not only believes in gaining profit but also believes in giving back to the society. Her ventures has always been focusing on CSR activities but she wanted to do even more, therefore she came up with the idea of Smiles.Care, an NGO that will not only be taking care of the CSR wing of the her ventures but also work independently for the bigger cause.

He is the Creative mind behind Darlic and Aione framework. He had been a helping hand in Google Chrome (Chromium) and Wordpress. Since the past few years, he has developed many Government projects, worked in many languages, Innovated numerous algorithms and technologies and published research papers. He is a motivational speaker and startup supporter. His focus area for research and development include quality education, cyber security, big data analytics, human-centric web applications. Sandhu has been an elemental part of FHTS(Foundation of Healthcare Technologies Society) since 2010 and developed technologies and platforms for healthcare informatics, big data and analytics.
