UWCChangshu
x = independently organized TED event

Theme: A Blink of An Eye

This event occurred on
January 21, 2018
Changshu, Jiangsu
China

In the modern world, it is impossible for one to keep track of all the new ideas and innovations, we are easily lost in this world of constant reform and development, TED does its best to capture just a glimpse of all the action. This is exactly what we hope to do as organizers of our own TEDx event, we hope to pause this world for just a blink of an eye, and take a good look at what is happening around us. After all reflection and objective judgement of the present is what really causes change. However, through the busy streets of Shanghai and the ticking stocks from Wall street, we can still see some constants, the way the nature works and the habits of human nature are things that will never change. The concepts invoke us to really think about our lives in relation with the world around us.
