The Executive Director of the PHINMA Foundation and is currently the Chairman of Dream Big Pilipinas Futbol Association, an organization which embodies the belief that transforming the Philippines, and altering the course of its future, is made possible through educating the youth in a new and innovative way. The aim of Dream Big Pilipinas is to bring back the Big Dreams of the Filipino youth so that they may know that anything is possible through commitment and resilience to pursue dreams despite circumstances by using football as a catalyst for positive transformation. Dream Big Pilipinas is currently active in 3 communities in Mandaluyong, empowering more than 400 children from less advantaged families to dream.

The Co-Founder of the Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation and Virtual Reality (VR) startup Chibot. He sits on the board of various organizations throughout the country, and is a consultant for the De La Salle - College of St. Benilde on Disruptive Technologies, Resource Mobilization, and Social Innovation. He is also a Consultant on Social Media Strategy & Marketing for companies and nonprofit organizations in the Philippines, the United States, Europe and Asia. He is a regular speaker on social media, digital technology, youth leadership, and the art of pitching. He spoke in TEDxMontpellier (mont-pill-ye) in France last January 20, 2012, TEDxKinnaird (kin-air-d) in Pakistan last February 16, 2013, and TEDxBritishSchoolManila in March 12, 2016. He also spoke in the Annual Youth Assembly at the United Nations in New York last February 2014 and also at Facebook’s Sales and Marketing convention in San Francisco, USA in April 2014.
