"Spark plug" is an organized TEDx event that is aimed to promote innovation, commerce and partnership amongst members of the community. It is aimed at building ideas that would encourage the general community on the area of commerce and entrepreneurship and also showing them the benefits of developing ideas through aids from the internet.

Prince Adesoji Adedoyin is the Principal Partner of Adesoji Adedoyin & Co. He attended Obafemi Awolowo University where he obtained an LL.B (Hons) Degree before obtaining his Masters in Law Degree in University of Ibadan; He is a brilliant, hardworking and highly intelligent solicitor. He consistently proffers refreshing solutions at the negotiating table and is acclaimed as thorough and persistent in exceeding clients’ expectations. Since the establishment of his Firm, Prince Adesoji has risen professionally especially in his area of expertise, Banking and Insurance, Public Law, Civil Litigation as well as Corporate Restructuring. He has worked on several Banking and Insurance transactions and has actively participated in negotiations relating to same. Over the period, he has garnered considerable Project Finance experience. A full native of Ikare-Akoko and a member of the Owa Ale Ruling House of Ikare-Akoko, he is abreast of the cultural cum educational settings of the Ikare people.

Damilola Fasoranti is limitless. He is a curious reader and also writes in his dreams. He has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Education Biology from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He has 5 years of experience in the Education and non-profit sector in Africa and Asia empowering young people to translate the knowledge in their head, the talents in their heart and the skills in their hands into sustainable social solutions. He is the Chief Listener at Prikkle Academy where he is redefining the Nigerian Educational System by providing self-paced real learning to rural youths as their real life is happening for them to co-create innovation centers for problem-solvers through open education. He is an internet enthusiast. In 2015, he won a scholarship to Kanthari International, India. He is a 2017 LEAP Africa Fellow, 2017 CANVASSITY Pan African Youth Fellow and 2017 Dalai Lama Fellow, California, US.

Driven by passion, Korede is on a mission to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, value and diversification throughout society however and wherever he can. Educated at the prestigious King's College Lagos and then at the University of Lagos, Korede holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering. Yielding to a lifelong appetency for entrepreneurship, Korede founded YiSAh! in 2016. YiSAh! is a conglomerate of start-up companies with interests in clothing, food and agriculture. O’Samuels, the first of the subsidiaries focuses on men's fashion, Elisabeth on women clothing, Sahel Farms on crop and food production while Sachmel’s Dainties is a confectionery. Korede believes that entrepreneurship (especially at the point of start-up) needs not be rigid, too well planned or structured and it doesn't take much to begin something worthwhile, he upholds and projects his slogan, JUST START SOMETHING NOW! Korede never shies away from an opportunity to preach and teach entrepreneurship.

Tobiloba Arewa Adesanya is a young vibrant lady who against all odds rose to pursue what she believed. At age 17, she founded Arewa Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on Teen development and hunger eradication convening an annual project CATCH THEM YOU for teens in Public secondary school and FEED-A-MOUTH a hunger eradication project for people who can't afford nutritious meals. She's the creative director of Adire World. A textile designing company that believes in telling story and putting people in charge of their style through patterns with Tie dye. She has successfully worked with several individuals and organizations like Rural Development Project, SCION Magazine, The Excellentia Woman, Female Genital Mutilation. Having been featured on African Artist Foundation exhibition as one of the youngest artist in 2017. Arewa is no doubt projecting Nigeria Textile industry in the Global space. Arewa is open to learning, loves travelling and willing to share her experience.
