We invited three speakers to share their vision of what local food will look like in the next ten years.
Jim McManus owns and operates Walking J Farms using polycultural agricultural methods. Jim also promotes the advancement of sustainable agriculture, local food systems and healthy food choices through education with his Farm Education and Resource Network.
