Theme: Dissolve

The theme for this event is named “Dissolve”. When salt is dissolving in water, water is the solvent and the salt is the solute. We try to make an analogy about how people and things have changed or going to change the society.

溶解，是指溶质分子或离子和溶剂分子相互吸引并结合的过程。我们每个人都可以影响周遭世界。如果把个体比作溶质，将社会比作溶剂，那每个人及其相关事物对社会的影响就好比溶质对溶剂的改变。

Founder of Guangzhou Innovation + Club

Kevin Wong

Founder and the CEO of Origami Labs

Kevin is the co-founder and CEO of Origami Labs, which is a wearable technology company. Kevin and Origami Labs are seeking a new way to change people's interaction with mobile phones. Thus, Orii was born, which is the forerunner of screen liberation and the first voice-driven smart ring in the world. We are in the process of transforming the operation model, traditional voice response is unilateral and cannot interact with users. Marina Chan

Director of strategic initiatives at MIT Hong Kong Innovation Node

Marina Chan received her master's degree from Harvard University in education and a bachelor’s degree from McGill University in finance. She began her career in the Asian equities business at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and was VP of the Client Management Group in Hong Kong. She developed and launched region-wide initiatives to enhance corporate access for institutional investors and market the Asia research product. Marina serves on the board of the Hong Kong Red Cross Hospital Schools, and is the director of strategic initiatives at MIT Hong Kong Innovation Node where she co-creates capacity building programs for students. In 2015, under the auspices of the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fund (SIE), Marina founded Alpha Commons. 陈文茵女士毕业于美国哈佛大学之教育学院的硕士课程，并之前于加拿大麦基尔大学取得金融学士学位。她现为香港红十字会医院学校之校董。陈女士开始于美国银行美林证券公司亚洲股票客户服务部门任职副总裁。在职期间，她发展与开拓了亚洲地区为基金客户和上市公司联之服务并推广该银行的研究产品。陈女士现职麻省理工学院香港创新科技节点的策略措施主任，负责为学生设计革新性的课程。

Michal is Head of Analytics and Data Science at GOGOVAN. Previously he worked in data teams of PwC, NaturalMotion and Zynga. He was Founder of Artificial Intelligence Oxford and Quantified Self Oxford meetup groups. For cutting-edge technology, Michal has always been full of curiosity and passion for learning. He is proficient in business data analysis and likes to find practical solutions for challenging problems. He also likes to use his analytical capabilities to open more possibilities for cross-border integration of different fields, such as commerce, IT, and statistics. He Mincong, founder of Shenzhen Yijing Architectural Design Firm, is a senior architect. He is good at starting from the core needs of people, focusing on user’s experience and then creating an architectural space that is both aesthetic and practical. His works have been published in magazines such as “Architecture and Culture” and “Urban Space”. His works include Shenzhen Longling Middle School, Shenzhen Dacha Bay Industrial Park and Shenzhen Vanke "City of Sky" project. 何敏聪，深圳一境建筑设计事务所创始人，资深建筑设计师。他善于从人的核心需求出发，关注用户体验，创造出兼具美学、实用的建筑空间，其作品曾被《建筑与文化》《城市空间》等杂志刊登，代表作有深圳市龙岭中学、深圳市大铲湾产业园项目、深圳万科“天空之城”项目等。

Peter Wong

First Visual Impaired Computer Engineer in Hong Kong

Peter Wong Peter Wong is the first visual impaired computer engineer in Hong Kong who possesses five assistive technology patents. He once went to the Indiana University, University of Cambridge and Seattle Pacific University for further study and later was invited to join in the Accessibility Technology Group of Microsoft. Since 2016, Peter has been engaged in studying the family, education and career development, employee assistance program (EAP), physical disability, cross-cultural trend and emotional disorder. Now Peter is the Principle Consultant for Dialogue Experience and the consultant of Hong Kong Blind Union and Origami Labs. He is also the visiting lecturer of many colleges and universities in the U.S. and China. Peter是香港首位视障电脑工程师，曾远赴印第安纳大学、剑桥大学、西雅图太平洋大学三校深造，拥有五项辅助技术专利。后获邀加入微软的无障碍使用部门。自2016年以来，致力于在全球范围内研究家庭、教育和职业发展、企业员工援助计划（EAP）、残障、跨文化动态和情绪障碍方面的问题。目前担任Principle Consultant for Dialogue Experience、香港失明人协进会以及Origami Labs的顾问。此外，他还是中美多所高校的客座讲师。

Professor and researcher at the Institute for Advanced Study at Shenzhen University

Wang Xiong is a professor and researcher at the Institute for Advanced Study at Shenzhen University, who was chosen as one of Peacock Talents of Shenzhen and Leading Talents of Nanshan District. He presided over the establishment of the Chaotic Quantitative Investment Research Center and engaged in the research of complex systems, financial technology and quantitative investment. Complex system theory, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data, these advanced technologies that might be mysterious to the public, have been turned into tools for financial market system analysis and quantitative investment in his hands. 王雄是深圳大学高等研究院研究员，深圳市孔雀人才与南山区领航人才，主持创立了混沌量化投资研究中心，从事复杂系统、金融科技与量化投资研究。机器学习、人工智能、大数据……这些在大众看来十分玄妙的前端科技，在他的手里转化为金融市场体系分析与量化投资的工具。
