Dr. Awdhesh Singh is the director of the E-Learning platform AwdheshAcademy.com, Top Quora Writer and the author of four bestselling books.He has written over 500 articles on various forums and answered over 3300 Questions on Quora.com. He has done his B Tech and M Tech from IIT Varanasi & IIT Delhi and PhD from IIITM Gwalior. He joined IRS (Customs & Central Excise) in 1991 and took voluntary retirement on 31st October 2016 after serving the Government for over 25 years. He was conferred Certificate of Merit by World Customs Organization in 2011 and Presidential Award by Government of India in 2015. He is a Founding Member of 'The Aatmic Science Foundation', a non-profit Organization registered in India, to spread the knowledge of the scientific interpretation of various scriptures and religions.

Hemlata is a 24-year old girl who worked to change the lives of several artists in the local train of Mumbai. With Bachelor of Commerce degree in start, she pursued Master of Arts in Marathi Literature from Mumbai University and went on to pursue Diploma in therapeutic counseling from Nirmala Nikethan College of Social work, Mumbai. She was awarded “Women Game Changer Award” in 2016 by the HR Club.
She was the first one to recognize the issues faced by the artists who perform in local trains and earn for living. The idea of working with this group started taking place. Then began the musical journey of Swaradhar. Due to immense success and visibility through various reality shows, orchestra and public events Swaradhar is reaching out more and more artists. The small plant of Swaradhar with few volunteers and 2 artists has become a huge tree with a lot of volunteers joining hands and more than 150 artists. Now, Swaradhar is a registered Non – Government Organization.

Kaustubh Khade

After graduating from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kaustubh took up kayaking as a challenge, and in span of 5 years, has found himself amongst the crop of India’s top pro kayakers. He bagged 2 Silver & 1 Bronze at the Asian Dragon Boat Championship in 2012. In 2015, he etched his name in the Limca Book of Records when he kayaked from Mumbai to Goa in 17 days. Kaustubh is a trendsetter and hopes to revolutionize the sport which is little known in India. He bettered his feat in 2016, when he became the first Indian who kayaked along the west coast of India, from Kutch to Kanyakumari in 85 days covering 6 states and 1 union territory and a record distance of 3300 kms.

Dr. Ramya Ranganathan is a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from IIT Madras and PGDM in Management from IIM Ahmedabad. After working in blue chip companies like ICICI, Infosys, and Citibank she went on to explore the fundamental question ‘Why do people work’? She studied psychology, philosophy, and theology alongside conducting academic explorations in human behaviour and received a doctorate in Organizational Behavior from London Business School.
For the last eight years, Ramya has been designing and teaching courses at IIM Bangalore where she invites students and executives to craft meaningful careers for themselves. Her dream is a world where there is no longer a chasm between happiness and work. Ramya’s many avatars include poet, philosopher, professor and parent. She is also a yoga teacher, an energy healing practitioner, a travel writer, and an artist. She published her first collection of poems titled ‘I’m Choosing Life’ in 2017.

Ritu found her calling in 2008 when she applied data science to national security, where micro decisions have macro impact. Ritu says she is ‘flesh, bones and data with a bit of love thrown in - as seasoning’. Ritu studies how our digital and physical experiences morph because of the data we create.
She founded The Data Duck, a user experience design firm where analytics, business acumen and creativity merge with tech. A critical member of her eclectic team is Mtoto, the beagle who supplies happiness and energy to all.
