'The Woman' who travels across India spreading awareness about breast cancer - Dr. (Capt.) RITU BIYANI. Dental Surgeon, an Army Captain, An Adventurer, a Cancer Warrior turned campaigner and a three-time Limca Book of Records holder. These are the phrases we often get to hear alongside her name. Having Battled Cancer herself, Dr. Biyani is now on a borderless drive to empower people and impact lives before, through and beyond cancer. She fought against all odds with endless zeal and vigor and faced conflicts with a positive standpoint

Dr. Akun Sabarwal

IPS Officer

A Dentist by profession, Dr. Akun Sabharwal is an IPS officer of Telangana Cadre. He is currently serving as Commissioner and Ex-officio Secretary of Civil Supplies, Controller of Legal Metrology and Director of Enforcement, Dept. of Prohibition and Excise. In the past 14 years, he has led the police force to many successful operations against maoists, drug dealers and other extremists. An avid cyclist and marathoner, Dr. Sabharwal is also a member of INDIAN NATIONAL POOL OF LEADERSHIP and facilitates training sessions for young bureaucrats and police officers.

Dr. Vijay Kumar Tadakamalla

Professor and Head, Department of English, Osmania University

An MA and MPhil in English and a PhD holder, Dr Vijay Kumar Tadakamalla is Professor and currently Head, Department of English, Osmania University, Hyderabad. A well-known scholar in the field of postcolonial studies and Indian literature, and an established translator, Prof Vijay Kumar has been Visiting Professor and invited speaker at several universities abroad including in the UK, USA, Germany, and Ireland. His publications include critical studies—English and Other International Languages in India, Globalisation: Australian-Asian Perspectives and Focus India: Postcolonial Narratives of the Nation—and translations from Telugu—The Liberation of Sita (by Volga) and Kanyasulkam (by Gurajada Venkata Appa Rao). One of the Founder Editors of Muse India: the Literary e-Journal, and a Director of the annual Hyderabad Literary Festival, Prof Vijay Kumar is also associated with award-winning documentaries and educational films.

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Kisshhan PSV’s passion for robotics led him to start a company in his second year, which ended up recruiting 350 employees whilst in college. His organisations Sahaya Foundation & S.P.E.W (Society for Protection & Empowerment of Women) aim at eradicating poverty & uplifting the women community in the country. His brainchild RoboFest is one of its kind event in the country. His company H-Bots Robotics has developed a low cost operating Smart Policing Robot named after 26/11 matyr Hemant Karkare which is claimed to be world's first Police Robot, interacting with the surrounding environment in real time without user interface.

Founder of the transgender focused YouTube channel-TransVision, Rachana Mudraboyina seeks to tarnish the stigma associated with the Transgender Community. She has spearheaded the move to make sure Transgenders get the rights they deserve. She believes that Gender, in itself, is comprehensive and what matters most is our identity .It is crucial for us to let go of the cliché surrounding her community.
