A fashion designer and Owner of AnnA. Besides designing women's clothing, Anna is engaged in creating a social change so that every women can accept and love their body regardless size and/or age. Anna designs clothes for every woman of any age and any size, so it was no coincidence that she won the Woman of the Year award in fashion by Saloona.
In 2013, Anna won a business contest, to star in media commercials. She later used her professional encounters with women as a tool to unite plus size and skinny women, and allow women to make peace with their own bodies.
Her 2016 swimsuit campaign got 800,000 views on social media. 160 women of various kinds of beauty were photographed. That year she was keynote speaker in a conference of leading women in Israel.
2017 TLV fashion week was the first ever to walk women sizes 34-50, ages 17-70, down the same runway in AnnA's collection.

Shoshi's journey to management in one of Israel's leading hi-tech companies is a story of how anyone can achieve the improbable. In 2015 she entered the workforce by cleaning offices, and today she is leading a team as WalkMe's Mobile Operations Manager. Her story has been featured in The Marker and on Israel's Channel 10. She has given lectures at leading hi-tech companies like Google, for the diplomatic community including at the Embassy of Gibraltar, and recently was a featured speaker at TEDxTel Aviv.
Shoshi volunteers her time with Parliament51, mentoring groups of under-privileged children, and with several Municipalities doing outreach in low income communities. Ultimately, Shoshi's mission is to inspire others and show how nothing is impossible if one believes in themself.

During her studies, she received an honors scholarship for a semester of studies at the School of Visual Arts in New York.
Her works have been exhibited at the Israel Museum, Tel Aviv Museum, Rabin Square and various galleries throughout Israel.
In the summer of 2018, she presented "Toyizm" - an exhibition she initiated, curated and exhibited at the Holon Arts Center.
In her works, lectures and workshops, Czaczkes uses old objects and toys, disassembles and reconstructs images and fantasy worlds, allowing her and everyone to connect with their inner child.
