In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Creative Director , Jason Samuel at the age of 24 became the first & youngest Tailor / Fashion Designer To set up a shop at the prestigious Lekki Phase 1 , Admiralty Way in Lagos Nigeria.The Premium Brand Jason PorsheSuits up the rich & famous in Nigeria , The likes of Don jazzy , Korede Bello , Praiz , Yemi Alade , Actors Ik Ogbonna , Uti & Alexx Ekubo Just To mention a few. Has won Best Dressed on several red carpet events including the AMVCAs.The Brand has done few runway shows , the likes of Native & Vogue Int’l Fashion week in 2013 , Glitz Fashion Week , Ghana in 2016. Has also unveiled a couple of collections the likes of Skyfall S/S ‘14 which gained huge momentum, Bella Vista S/S ‘15, Kairos & Chronos Resort ‘16, Twisted Fiction Resort ‘17 and so on. The Brand sticks to & Represents a very bold colourful niche & draws inspiration from many greats , the likes of Giorgio Armani , Tom Ford , Ozwald Boateng & More.

Oololade Babajide -Suleiman

Architect

Ololade is a professional Architect and principal partner at OCA+Design, a multi-disciplinary ideas-focused Architecture Practice, providing services in Architecture, Design, Construction Project Management and Contract administration. She understood basic concepts in Architecture by redesigning the building of her parent's home. Her desire to have an en suite room to herself was priority and reason for the interest influenced by her uncle, founder Arthur Reynolds, Nigeria. In 1997, she drew her first floor plan by mimicking blue prints in her uncle’s possession. Ololade has a BSc (Hons) in Architecture and a Masters in Environmental Design from the university of Lagos. An alumna of Queens College Yaba, she places high importance on self-development,hard work and achieving results. She has worked in the AEC industry since 2007 and is a registered and licensed architect. She is the current P.R.O of the local chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Architects, in Rivers State.

Osaretin is often described as eccentric, funny and witty. The Nigerian born food and photography lover is a graphic designer and culture shaper building brands across Nigeria. He creates the strategy for New and already existing brands. He loves tech, venture capitalism, fashion, men’s grooming and traveling. He’s the managing partner for Jonathan Cole, a design and strategy company shaping cultures through design.
