In the reality we’re living today, there are some aspects of the future that are not clear yet, so it is important to make room for new ways of looking at our future, new ways of communicating, new technologies that are developing, new aspects of our world we never looked at. Something that forces us to look at the world "out of focus", in a different way, from new perspectives we never thought of.

Sandra Savaglio is an astrophysicist who has worked at the Space Telescope Science Institute and at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, moreover, at the Max Planck Institute of Extraterrestrial Physics in Munich. In 2004 she appeared on the cover of Time magazine as a symbol of runaway brains. In 2014 she returned to the university where she studied in Calabria as a professor of astrophysics.
