Senior Product Manager

Alice Rose is a Senior Product Manager at Modernizing Medicine where she is responsible for a robust pipeline of data products and services. Since joining the company in early 2014, she has been instrumental in helping to establish a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists who design clinical research, business intelligence, and data warehouse products. Her passion is in using big data and advanced analytics to build products that help physicians practice more efficiently and effectively. Prior to joining Modernizing Medicine, Alice was awarded a fellowship to investigate the state of pre-hospital emergency systems in countries around the world. Alice holds a degree in neuroscience from Wellesley College.

Jennifer Esposito

Vice President, Health

Jennifer is VP at Magic Leap. She has been driving the early adoption of new technologies since the very start of her career - from Scientific American’s very first online presence on the web to growth solutions leveraging industrial IoT and artificial intelligence at GE Healthcare. With 20 years of experience, Jennifer brings deep healthcare, life sciences and biotechnology industry expertise along with a foundation in information and communication technology. Before joining Magic Leap in January 2019, Jennifer spent over 4 years as the General Manager of the Health and Life Sciences group at Intel Corporation. Prior to Intel, Jennifer spent most of her career at GE Healthcare. She was the leader of the Interventional Radiology and Cardiology service business, which included service product offerings, customer and technical support and quality management. Originally from NY, Jennifer received both her BA (Anthropology) and MS (Biostatistics and Epidemiology) from Dartmouth College.

Maneesha Bhalla

Director, Advanced Analytics

Maneesha Bhalla is a thought leader with comprehensive experience in Retail in the area of advanced analytics. She joined Office Depot in 2014 to support customer analytics and moved on to advanced analytics later on where she is currently working on enabling enterprise key strategic priorities by providing actionable insights and recommendations through machine learning models to drive incremental revenue and profit. Prior to Office Depot, Maneesha worked with Target, supporting merchandising and stores analytics. Passionate about applications of AI and ML models in enhancing customer experience in Retail, capabilities of current open source frameworks to harness information and insights from big/unstructured data and real time data streaming applications.

Pete Martinez

Pete Martinez is Chairman and CEO of Game Changer Tec and SIVOTEC Analytics; high tech and scientific innovators at the massive intersection of Health, Sports, Technology, and Big Data Analytics. An international entrepreneur, he has led numerous high impact initiatives in the areas of high technology, business consulting, healthcare, and education. Martinez is a 32 year veteran of IBM, where he was Vice President of Global Business Services and Senior Executive for IBM South Florida. He is also a visiting professor at MIT, Florida Atlantic University, and Florida International University. With over 30 patents and publications he is a frequent international speaker while consulting to leading edge companies. He is a graduate of the University of Miami College of Engineering. June 22, 2007 was Proclaimed “Pete Martinez Day” by the Mayor of the City of Boca Raton.

Scott is the CEO & Co-Founder of STRAX Intelligence Group empowering Public Safety agencies and Commercial Organizations to improve real-time response and safety. Scott also served as the Chairman of MobileHelp, a pioneer in the personal emergency systems (PERS) industry. MobileHelp developed the first ever Mobile Personal Emergency Response System (mPERS) for seniors and was acquired by Abry Partners in February of 2017. A successful, serial entrepreneur, Scott was Co-Founder and President of Hiway Technologies, which grew to be the world’s largest web hosting company in just 3 short years by 1998. Hiway was acquired by Verio in 1999 and subsequently acquired by NTT Communications in 2000. A firm believer that success starts with education, Scott launched the Adams Center for Entrepreneurship and also helped create Tech Runway — both at Florida Atlantic University. Scott is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and holds a BBA.
