I have participated in the Electoral Institute for Sustainable Democracy in Africa (EISA, 2015) competition, presented at the Laureate's International Conference on Undergraduate Research (ICUR,2016) and was selected to be a part of the Seeking Justice Tour (2017)delegation to South Africa and Rwanda. l am currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in Development Studies, focusing on social injustice, reconciliation, and development in Africa.Thus far, I have worked with various governmental, inter-governmental and non-profit organisations (listed in work experience section) that seek to advance and promote the Agenda 2030 and 2063 objectives.

She has extensive experience in advocacy, political advisory and management of projects on gender-based violence, Human Development and Gender Equality in the private and non-profit sectors in the regional, Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) and international level.Following a horrific domestic violence attack Ms. Machel founded the Kuhluka Movement, a non-profit initiative that bridges the gap between giving a voice to women survivors, whilst providing them with safe haven in their time of need. She is a Social Anthropologist, professional facilitator, Business mentor and accredited Assessor. Lizelle designed a sustainable micro-incubator model for rural entrepreneurs, which is currently successfully running as independent Social Franchises.
Lizelle co-founded a number of commercial business ventures during the last 10 years, most of which she is still actively involved in.

Nocebo Bucibo is a photographer based in Johannesburg. She is a Ph.D. Urban and Regional Planning candidate at Wits University and holds a Master’s degree in Fine Arts, from the same institute (awarded with distinction). She has a National Diploma and BTech in photography from the Vaal University of Technology.
She has worked on a number of photographic projects such as the 20018/19 Market Photo Workshop Incubation program, the Wits Roodepoort project in conjunction with PARI and the VUT Sharpeville project. She was a 2009 Sasol signatures finalist and SABS young design achievers finalist in the same year.

Her three children have never been to school, living instead as if the idea of schooling doesn’t exist, and she has been tirelessly connecting with and building a community of practitioners walking similar paths, including families wounded by, and looking for sustainable alternatives outside of the school system.
