He’s a marketing specialist, disability rights activist, writer and a technological enthusiast. Ankit represented India at the United Nations in 2015, as a Youth Icon. Ankit was nominated by Election Commission Karnataka to National Consultation for Accessible Elections and make elections inclusive for people with disabilities. As an industry speaker, he has participated in 40+ national and international conferences including those held by UN, Disabled People International (DPI) and Global Initiative for Inclusive Information and Communication Technology.

At 19, Deepak co-founded Career Keeda, a youth-oriented organization which follows an unorthodox scheme of training and skill development. Career Keeda organized an ‘Education Drive’ where he and his team went to various government schools of Kolkata and delivered seminars and workshops on various topics. Apart from this, he has also visited various cities like Bhagalpur, Nagpur, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Gurugram etc. to deliver speaking engagements on Entrepreneurship, Improving one’s Communication skills, Leadership & Motivation and many more. Currently, he is heading the Project Development for the new upcoming training platform of his organization. At 22, he took an unconventional path in the form of a Content Creator & Social Media Influencer. A ship’s captain turned investment banker turned leadership coach and a painter. Harsh Johari has 24 years of experience in across investment banking & Financial Services and International Shipping & Logistics Industries. He decided to embark upon a highly unconventional career journey when he decided to join the Merchant Navy. Started with being a deck cadet at Anglo-Eastern Ship Management, Hong Kong, he took command and became Captain of Merchant Ships. He decided to quit and go back to college to obtain his management education. He worked as the Vice-President in Operations in Goldman Sachs post his MBA. After working for them for 9 years, he decided to quit as an investment banker and started working as an Executive & Leadership Coach and Trainer. He is now a certified Intelligence Leadership Coach, trained directly by Mr John Mattone. Harsh is also a certified Happiness Coach and helps clients develop personal happiness blueprints and reinvent their lives.

Urban Wildlife Conservationist
Sneha Prasad Salgame holds an MS in Communications and works with PfA Wildlife Hospital. Hailing from the Garden City- Bengaluru, her graduation days exposed her to strong causes of Urban Wildlife Conservation and the use of Media Activism to change the socio-political scenario of the country. She was a part of a UNDP-funded documentary project that closely captured the narratives of Dalit women who faced atrocities during their attempt to contest in the panchayat elections. At PfA Wildlife Hospital, she works with a passionate team of employees and volunteers to advocate the dire need of urban wildlife and their role in the sustenance of fast-growing cities. Apart from her stints with non-profit organizations, she was also a part of a Public Relations firm where she spent 3 years crafting and executing PR strategies for Education, HR and Start-up brands.
Vibish Kashyap
Student and Social Worker
Vibish Kashyap is an 18-year-old, pursuing Electronics and Communication Engineering at SSN College. Driven by empathy and responsibility, Vibish strongly believes that the youth can make a difference with a little hard work and cooperation. Being associated with ReapBenefit, he extensively worked in issues concerning water scarcity and sanitation problems. At the age of 13, he became the ambassador for the HUL’s Project Sunlight, which aimed at bringing about clean sanitary practices throughout India, for expressing his views on sanitation issues and his work for water-saving.
He, along with ReapBenefit and some of his juniors at TVSA Hosur, assessed the problems in sanitation deprived government schools in and around Hosur. He primarily focused on implementing waterless urinals- a sustainable prototype built by re-using materials serving the dual purpose of sanitation and saving gallons of water.
