This is fifth year of TEDxUAJ and the theme is The "You" factor. The "You" Factor means you are who you are. you have to see yourself as it is as a form of being grateful and acceptance, but also see your self as what you can be as a form of self improvement. you are the ultimate factor of whatever happen to your own life. No matter what they say you have to believe in yourself because you can be the agent of changes itself for you, for your family, for the society. remember, everything that happen in your life is all in your control so be brave because life is too short to let others decide what is supposed to be your own decision in life

He also become a content writer through storytelling which can educate the readers through a series of sentences and words.

is a 19-year-old girl who believes in the power of young people. Her two key topics are purpose-driven life and loving others. By grace through faith, she and her three other friends had built a youth-led initiation intending to add new perspectives and values for today‘s generation called Before 25. The organisation itself had reached over 1500 youngsters across Indonesia and Australia. At an early age, she plunged herself into the entrepreneurship world and co-founded several creative businesses called Wonder Yearbook, Wonder Eats, and Leora. She was once an awardee in one of the most competitive scholarship projects in Indonesia called Masih Belajar Project by Iman Usman with only a 0,5% acceptance rate. Thalia envisions where young people can live their calling and be the best version of themselves, despite the boundaries that keep encircling them

Dwiana Wahyudi or you can call her "Uwie" is the co-founder of Ai Organizer, a wedding planning service provider in Jakarta. During the ten years of her career, Dwiana not only assisted clients in planning their wedding parties but also readiness to establish marriage commitments. The combination of her experience in assisting various clients and her background as a graduate of the Faculty of Psychology has made her often called as a wedding therapist. Dwiana also often shares her experiences with clients through social media with the hope of helping more people build healthy adult relationships.

Commonly known as Elika Boen, she is 24 years old, graduated from Pelita Harapan University. She currently works as a full time content creator on Social Media. He is a class of 2018 from the Faculty of Law at UNIKA Atma Jaya. he is a founder and general secretary for Atma Jaya MUN Club. he is of two brothers, and his hobbies are learning and teaching. he himself has trained more than 10 children for MUN from Atma Jaya to overseas. he was present at TEDxUAJ to provide ideas that he felt were needed in the community inside or outside Atma Jaya
