Federica Tremolada
Spotify Managing Director for Southern & Eastern Europe
She graduated from Bocconi with a degree in Economics for Arts, Culture and Communication. She then attended a postgraduate course in 'Leading Global Business' at Harvard Business School and is now Managing Director for Southern & Eastern Europe at Spotify.
Her many years of experience in international media (YouTube, for example) have laid a solid foundation for her career in the music business.
Music itself for her is not only a passion or a job, but above all a tool for inclusivity. She has organised projects and selected content to try to fight gender gap within the music industry.
In fact, platforms such as Spotify have potential to be a strong sounding board for communicating positive role models to the younger generation (for example, by distributing the works of artists more fairly).
