In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Garima Avtar is a professional rally racing driver who has managed to excel in a highly male dominated field while simultaneously managing the upbringing of her child and a high designation in a reputed corporate. She is associated with many big names such as Mercedes Benz. She is the First Professional Woman Driver for Mercedes-Benz Luxe Drive since 2016.She is now among a few female rally drivers to have participated in almost all of India's major motorsport competitions.

Refusing to be held back even by a collar bone injury, she was able to successfully complete the Raid de Himalaya. Very successful in her professional life by working for many reputed companies, Sarah has broken stereotypes in what is expected from a woman in our society. She has broken the conventions of the digressive natured society and has successfully followed her passion in motorcycling.

Stand-up comedy is not everyone’s cup of tea and it certainly is not for a person who has been a serious student for the early part of his life. Vikram Poddar, hailing from Mumbai is India’s only stand-up comedian with a corporate touch. This can be attributed to the long years he has spent in some of the top educational institutions and then corporates. His company “BoredRoom Comedy”, engages employees in corporates through entertainment modules and motivational workshops.
