Theme: Alchemy

This year's event celebrates reconnecting with live audiences and live events with a hybrid event featuring speakers from India, the Netherlands and Czech Republic and plenty of local speakers in and around Lucerne. The theme highlights transformative events, be they personal ones such as rowing across the Atlantic or entrepreneurial ones such as starting a bike-for-rent service.

5000 kilometres across the Atlantic using pure muscle power. At the start of the project, the four rowers from Team SWISS RAW had never been in a rowing boat before and had no offshore experience. Despite their lack of offshore and rowing experience, the team was able to prevail against 35 other teams, including professional rowers, through mental strength and meticulous preparation and became the first team from a landlocked country to win the race.
