In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Koen Maris

From driver to cyber, Koen has been a blacksmith, truck driver and now a cyber expert. Unending curiosity led his journey from being a developer to managing IT systems and now fell into security by sheer coincidence. This job clearly chose him, and he's just following the path.

Léa Linster

The first (and only) female chef to receive the prestigious Bocuse d'Or. Born in Frisange to a 4th generation Resto/Cafe/Petrol station and everything that comes with it, Lea Linster, studied law. With the passing of her father, she took over the family business. After 4 months she obtained her license, 5 years later a Michelin star, 1 year later a master degree and then her Bocuse d'Or . In 2011 she opened her boutique as a playground for her pension years that now sells the "best" madeleines in the world (says the mother of the Grand Duke!)
