Léa Linster
The first (and only) female chef to receive the prestigious Bocuse d'Or. Born in Frisange to a 4th generation Resto/Cafe/Petrol station and everything that comes with it, Lea Linster, studied law. With the passing of her father, she took over the family business. After 4 months she obtained her license, 5 years later a Michelin star, 1 year later a master degree and then her Bocuse d'Or . In 2011 she opened her boutique as a playground for her pension years that now sells the "best" madeleines in the world (says the mother of the Grand Duke!)
