Having a strong social compassion, Taufan pivoted in creating Amartha in 2010 as a microfinance institution then transformed into a financial technology company in 2016. Former Special Staff of The President of Republik Indonesia, Mr. Joko Widodo, and Former Consultant, IBM. He has also received many awards such as Young Changemaker (2010), Ashoka: Penghargaan Satu Indonesia (2011), Astra: Laureate Global Fellow (2013) and Ganesha Innovation Champion Awards (2014).

Her first company, Bubu.com started as a web development company that later evolved into a full-service data-driven digital agency. In 2019, Bubu turned into a venture builder, growing a number of new ventures under the holding. One of the ventures include Bubu Gaming, a full-service gaming and esports agency, backed by 25+ years of experience in digital and by individuals who have more than 10 years in Esport industry.

Tommy Tjiptadjaja received his MBA with Honors degree from the University Chicago Booth as well as Bachelor with Honors from University of Texas at Austin. Tommy is passionate in building meaningful businesses that bring positive social and environmental impact. He has worked across the US, Europe, as well as Indonesia across roles and industries, among others as a management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. Through Greenhope, Tommy seeks to demonstrate business as a force for good in solving one of our biggest environmental and existential threats which is plastic waste pollution. Greenhope researched, developed, produced biodegradable, bio-based and compostable materials named Naturloop, Ecoplas, and Oxium. Greenhope’s work is recognized with the World Economic Forum as part of Schwab Social Entrepreneur, Top 100 Visionary Leaders by Real Leaders, Sustainable Business Award Indonesia, Flourish Prize for UN SDG Goal no 12: Sustainable Consumption and Production.
