In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Doris is a citizen of Australia and Austria and has lived in both those countries as well as the US, Spain and Russia for extended periods. She is passionate about women's issues health and education as well as environmental and food sustainability. Doris has worked as a teacher-mainly with migrants and refugees in Australia, but has also worked as a community educator, photographer, health worker, translator, clerk, nanny, gardener and journalist.

Kias Burget is owner and executive chef at Kias Kitchen. Food for him was always very important and also where it actually comes from. He has a Brazilian restaurant in Vienna and cooks with local and organic products. Through the years he had to learn a lot about food, and its origin. Today, Kias can say that his restaurant cooks only with organic and products where I know how they are produced.

Wordmark, language, design and branding originate from his brain, he loves to lead creative hordes to create consistent brand spaces. Mo is an absolute lateral thinker (genius and insanity are close!), has about 200 ideas per minute, and has a never-ending drive to keep going, believe in ourselves, and think bigger. Mo is a passionate creative and social entrepreneur and has founded numerous companies in different industries and countries over the last 20 years.

Syannah sees the content of her lyrics as the starting point for creating music. The Viennese singer/songwriter sums up her creative work with the term "emotional pop music". Accompanied on the guitar, the young musician shares her stories in all openness. In the form of acoustic pop, packed with meaningful lyrics and emotions, Syannah expresses her inner world and invites her audience to listen.
