Vocalist & Composer
Vocalist and composer Dina Grundberg is well known on the Swedish jazz scene. Her debut album “Jag ljuger mest om allt” (“I lie mostly about everything”) got a warm welcome and Swedish music magazine “Orkesterjournalen" wrote "Talangen är uppenbar, liksom modet" (The talent is obvious, so is the courage). Dina writes songs about everything, from the story about Åke with a toothache, to how you write a love ad when you are not good at anything at all. With jazzy arrangements supporting the whimsical lyrics Dina finds a unique expression that takes us back in time, but at the same time gives us a taste of tomorrow’s jazz music.
