Our theme for this year's event is Growth—a concept that touches every aspect of our lives, from personal development to societal evolution. Throughout the day, you'll be taken on a thought-provoking journey, exploring the many dimensions of growth. Abdullah AlKhlaifah

Counselor
Abdullah has earned two master’s degrees in Counseling and Psychology, and currently a counselor at Gulf University for Science & Technology (GUST). He is a former director of the Middle East Psychological Association’s (MEPA) Kuwait country chapter. Abdullah was invited as a speaker to multiple conferences, panel discussions, and as a speaker in multiple schools, universities, corporate identities, and the general public. With a major interest in education, he lectures and conducts workshops and trainings in the field of brain and mental health. With the understanding of Kuwait’s collectivist culture and its barriers, Abdullah aims to guide individuals in improving their quality of performance in their day to day lives whether its personal or work related, by better understanding their brain mechanics and their mental health.

Bader AlEssa

Bader Nabil Al-Essa, known as "Bu Nabil," is a passionate entrepreneur and influential figure who received the "Best Arab Influencer" award from the International Government Communication Forum in Sharjah in 2021. A motivational Arab content creator, he seeks to raise collective awareness about the importance of freelancing and entrepreneurship. He is the founder of Imkan Community, the largest Arab entrepreneurial network in the region. Bu Nabil is an inspiring role model, dedicated to empowering Arab youth, fostering individual growth, thriving communities, and advancing economic development. He is also one of the prominent figures who put Kuwait on the Guinness World Records map by achieving the highest digital ticket sales for an online play performed during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

Dana AlHanbali

Dana Alhanbali is a dynamic entrepreneur, creative consultant, and thought leader in the fields of media, culture, and communication. With a background in design, Dana's career has spanned roles in top global firms within WPP, where she developed her expertise in business development, brand strategy, and impactful storytelling. As the co-founder of Beattie + Dane, an award-winning creative firm based in Kuwait, and founder of Bark & Berg, a strategic advisory in Dubai, Dana has guided brands in shaping narratives that resonate deeply with their audiences. A passionate advocate for the transformative power of media, Dana’s work emphasizes the critical role of intentional communication in shaping culture. She shares her insights on entrepreneurship, creativity, and cultural identity through her podcast, “Something to Consider.”

Fatma Al Habib

Founder of Qesati
Fatemah Alhabib, Founder of Qesati, is a visionary advocate for fostering open, creative, and unified communities. Her passion lies in creating spaces where people can come together to explore the profound impact of communication, collaboration and storytelling. With over eight years of professional experience in the communications field, and a heart dedicated to positive social change, she has worked diligently to nurture environments where individuals can share their ideas, experiences, and perspectives freely. Fatemah believes that in these spaces of openness and creativity, true unity can be forged, transcending boundaries and fostering a sense of belonging. Fatemah was born and raised in the United Arab Emirates and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from the American University of Sharjah.

Fay AlNajadah

Sustainability Researcher
Fay is a visionary leader dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive world through sustainable development. She played a key role in crafting Kuwait’s second Voluntary National Review (VNR)-2023 and has contributed to major international, national, and voluntary reports on sustainability. With a Bachelor’s in International Business from the University of North Carolina, Fay’s expertise spans local, regional, and global platforms, including the UN and World Bank. In 2019, she was recognized as a Global Citizen Fellow by the Ban Ki-moon Centre for her initiatives empowering communities in Kuwait and the U.S. As a Choice Theory professional, Fay emphasizes the power of individual responsibility and holistic thinking to inspire meaningful change. Her motto, “One cause, one hope & one person at a time,” embodies her belief in the transformative impact of personal action. Honored as one of Kuwait’s 10 inspirational women in 2024, Fay continues to lead with purpose and innovation.

Oraib Al Fozan

Oraib Al-Fozan, PCC certified coach and trainer. Student of Masters in Psychology for Mental Health and passionate advocate for humanity, growth and personal development. A favorite quote I live by since I first heard it is "Get comfortable being uncomfortable, if you ever want to be successful" and the power of that quote is something I extend to my clients, trainees, and students because I'm passionate about helping people rise to their challenges and elevate themselves. I worked in the education sector for about 10 years and have 3 years of corporate experience and now 3 years experience as a licensed coach and trainer with several different industries. The learning process never stops and it shouldn't, when we seek knowledge and commit we arrive at beautiful destinations.

Yarub Bourhama

Yarub Bourhama has over 27 years experience in media Direction and production Designed and established ALWAN YARUB Training Program Directed and Produced Handful of Stage Production , TV Programs , Documentaries and Theatrical such as: Operetta AL-Kuwait Tafkhar , Memories of a sailor , Zain’s 360 National day and Operetta Sabah Alwatan. Creator and Director of the first live TV show in the Gulf region, ‘Taw Illail’, AlWatan TV Channel Founding member and former partner of Zawaya for Public Awareness, established in Feb 2009 to organize and manage campaigns, events, and training workshops to raise awareness for civil and citizenship values.
