Anggitha has become more interested in learning about the ‘comfort zone’ as part of her PYP Exhibition. Through her extensive research, She confirmed some of her prior understanding as well as learning more in-depth about the range of benefits. Anggitha Also learned some practical tips on how to step out of it. In fact, stepping out of your comfort zone regularly is essential to help you develop benefits such as increased confidence and the chance to grow and learn.

Atika has been interested in psychology since she was really young. Because of her interest, she has done a great deal of research over the years. During her research she has found out the reasons why mental health is important. She has found out that to thrive in the future we need to evolve ourselves.

In this inspiring talk, Javier will share his personal story of struggling with his health and how he overcame it to become a healthier, happier version of himself. He will bravely open up about the challenges he faced, including his battles with illness and the overwhelming feelings of hopelessness and loneliness that he experienced. However, Javier refused to let his struggles define him. He made a conscious decision to take control of his health and make a commitment to invest in himself. Through his determination and hard work, he discovered the motivation to stay consistent in his efforts to improve his well-being.
Jesselyn Nadya Rosalia Yuwana

Jesselyn, a Grade 9 student and teen who attends Sekolah Victory Plus, has always been aware of both the challenges and rewards that come with the path of life—not just bound to the academic course. She witnesses the feeling of maturing; growing up from a child to a teen, she comprehended the feeling of perceiving and being perceived. Understanding this, she comes to a final judgment on the importance of understanding herself, particularly in light of how slowly one's sense of self can be destroyed by the pressures of growing up.
As a result, she delves into the depths of the topic, and after extensive research linked with personal experience, she finds out two things: one, that she is not the only one that might feel this way, and two, that many factors can be beneficial in aiding the understanding of yourself.

With a background in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame (USA), Monalisa has gained valuable insights about adolescent development, education psychology, and also the challenges of navigating student life abroad.
The unique perspective she has on the issues students face in today’s globalized world and her deep commitment to education in Indonesia drives her to return to her high school alma mater as a guiding mentor, good listener, and partner in maximizing student’s potential.

Patricia is a 15-year-old MYP student from Sekolah Victory Plus. Growing up, she had always had a supportive environment that aided her and her interests. However, with the progression of time, it came to her realization that these interests and people were merely a temporary component of her life. The state of knowing how the things and people that were once dear to her will inescapably exit her life was one of the primary things that struck her cord.
Patricia strongly upholds the value of how learning from change enables individuals to become successful, positive, and productive individuals in society.

Sanad has always aspired to appear his best, even as a little child. He was motivated to get in shape by the Hollywood "Rocky" film series. Since he was a little child, Sanad has loved this series of films. He used to watch them with his father and cherishes the training scenes in Rocky. The movie had a big influence on Sanad's life; he would watch the training montages to feel inspired and look up to the main character. Sanad was motivated by the movie to put in extra effort and
work out, and as a consequence, he developed a passion for working out and playing sports.

Yarra was always close with her little brother. She loves spending time with him. One day she ended up finding out her little brother was a special needs child.
As she grew older she became more and more interested in helping people in need. Through a lot of research, she was surprised at the number of children who can’t get proper education due to them being special needs. The fact that millions of children weren’t able to receive proper education made her realize that the numbers are too high and that society should be doing more.
