Amber is an Award-Winning Author, Former Pro Curves Model turned Woman in Construction, Keynote Speaker and Results Driven Success Mentor. Amber helps small business owners and entrepreneurs monetize their knowledge and use their voice on physical and digital stages to impact those who desire to share their unique story and message with the masses. Amber is certified in the Science of Well-Being through Yale University and has shared her work on National TV, and articles such as NY Weekly, The Wall Street Journal, Voyage Dallas, Fox News, CNBC, Digital Journal, and more.
Bria Woods
Bria Woods is a photojournalist for the San Antonio Report, and an artist documenting the stories of women leaders through The Herstory Project.
Bria graduated from Trinity University with a BA in Communication and a minor in Film Studies. She then flew to London, England to earn her MA in Multimedia Broadcast Journalism from the University of Westminster.
Her work has been displayed in various Texas galleries and the Museum of the Coastal Bend. She has also been published on BBC.com and Edible SA magazine. When she's not behind the lens Bria is on the mic hosting the "Women in Jazz" show on KRTU 91.7 FM on Thursday evenings. Though San Antonio has been her home for many years, Bria's story began in the nation's capitol where she grew up and first fostered a love of history and the arts.

Jesse is licensed professional counselor who specializes in relational trauma. He is the owner and founder of his therapy practice Elevate Mental Health where he provides a space for men to heal and overcome their traumas.
Mindy Spigel
Mindy Spigel’s passion is to create an exceptional experience for patients, families and the health care team. Mindy is proud to be a nurse with over 40 years of experience. Mindy has taught in both academic and clinical settings. She has worked in Organizational Effectiveness where she provided Leadership development, team building, coaching and training around creating an exceptional workplace and exceptional patient experience. In 2018, with help of four nurses and a Beryl Institute Research grant, Mindy conducted a research study about patient and family fears and the most important things we can do to ease their fear. Mindy published a paper with the Beryl Institute on her research. In 2022, Mindy published a book entitled “There’s A Snake on My Head” on Amazon and has been speaking at conferences and organizations to share her idea. Now, Mindy is excited to be sharing her idea and research with the TEDX community.
Nishant Vishwamitra
Dr. Nishant Vishwamitra is currently an Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Cybersecurity at the Alvarez College of Business at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). Dr. Vishwamitra received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University at Buffalo (UB), USA in 2022. After graduating from UB, he joined UTSA as an assistant professor. In 2023, Dr. Vishwamitra received the National Science Foundation’s (NSF) Computer and Information Science and Engineering Research Initiation Initiative (CRII) award to support his research on preventing online abuse, hate, and harassment. His research interests include detecting online abuse, online hate and harassment, Artificial Intelligence (AI), crowdsourcing, and cyber security. His research has appeared in Management Information Systems Quarterly (MISQ), a premier information systems journal, top-tier cyber security conferences, such as NDSS, USENIX Security and IEEE S&P (“Oakland”), and top-tier Artificial Intelligence conferences such as KDD and AAAI.

With over a decade of experience in fostering environments that prioritize mental health and well-being, Sinclair has dedicated his career to advancing the cause. Sinclair's unwavering commitment to mental health advocacy and workplace wellbeing has made him a sought-after speaker and consultant. Since 2012, he has collaborated with over 30 organizations, including Microsoft, LinkedIn, Johns Hopkins University, San Antonio Zoo, YMCA, Haven for Hope, and Mental Health America Lakeshore. Sinclair holds an M.S. degree in Leadership from Rosemont College and is certified in both Adult & Youth Mental Health First Aid.
