Theme: Tea: A Tasting Journey

In collaboration with tea specialist Kym Cooper from The Steepery and East Forged, join us for a night of everything tea.

During this 2-hour event you will be introduced to tea botanicals, tea types and styles, and tea cultivation.

Join us on a journey for your tastebuds and enjoy several styles of pure leaf tea from a number of the world’s most significant tea growing regions. Each tea-tasting station will include a guided discussion around growing and production, how to taste tea, and learning about the tea flavour profile.

Kym will have some incredible products from The Steepery available to purchase on the night.

Kym's aim is to share enjoyable and enriching tea drinking experiences that draw upon some of the most interesting elements of global tea culture. She is a tea practitioner that has a thirst for ongoing tea knowledge focusing on traveling to origin to enrich and extend my own understanding and skills. Tea learning is incremental, and it also moves forwards and backwards on a continuum. The more you learn about an aspect of tea the more you realise how much more you may not know. This is the intriguing and beautiful thing about tea, so Kym will always consider herself a tea apprentice.
