Social Entrepreneur, Behaviour Scientist and Chief Executive Officer of a TIME100 company, named one of Ireland's 30 under 30, and with a diverse range of experience comprising human capital, organisational behaviour, management, change, culture, wellbeing, quality assurance, EDI and wellbeing.
I lead out the team at 4 Day Week Global. This is a not-for-profit organisation who are creating a million new years of free time. We provide a platform for like-minded people who are interested in supporting the idea of the 4 day week as a part of the future of work. The company to date has been involved in supporting international pilot studies exploring the feasibility of reduced working hours across different sectors and jurisdictions. Our team was named in TIME 100 Most Influential Companies of 2023, listed on Forbes Business Council, and identified by Forbes as one of the most promising changes of 2023.

Danilo McGarry is a professional keynote speaker represented by some of the most respected speaking agencies and agents delivering speeches in over 40 countries. Danilo McGarry was ex head of Ai at Citigroup (one of the world's largest banks) and UnitedHealth (America's 5th largest company and 2nd largest health company in the world). Danilo has boardroom experience advising bluechips, startups, private and public companies. He has lived in 4 countries and travelled to 68 countries, working with different cultures is one of Danilo's passions. Danilo was chosen by LinkedIn for their executive flagship course on Generative Ai and his life's mission is to make Ai understood and accessible to all. My name is Dr. Ed Elias, I’ve a PhD in user-centred engineering design and I’ve spent many years working as an engineering entrepreneur (an ‘innovator’ as I prefer to call it, or just an ‘inventor’ if no one else wants what I’ve made), building new products and businesses, as an angel investor to other engineering start-ups, as a consultant, a free-lancer, an aerospace R&D supervisor and now as a part-time senior lecturer at the University of Bath.

Finley is currently a first year engineering student at the University of Bath studying integrated mechanical and electrical engineering. He has a passion for engineering and an interest in aerospace technology which has led him to peruse a hobby in building and flying drones. Outside of his academic ventures he is a competitive mountain biker with a love for action sports.

Retired Rower, a member of the Great Britain Rowing Team, and Royal Artillery officer.
Heather Mary Stanning is a retired British Olympic rower and Royal Artillery Officer. She is renowned for her achievements as a member of the Great Britain Rowing Team, including being a double Olympic champion, double World champion, and double European champion. Stanning, along with her partner Helen Glover, held multiple records and titles in women's coxless pairs, dominating the sport with their remarkable prowess and skill. They remained unbeaten for a period of four years.

Second-year architecture student exploring Vastu Shastra's impact on modern architecture. Challenging superstitions rooted in tradition, advocating for spaces that prioritise human well-being. Reflecting on her own work and renowed architects with their fusion of tradition and contemporary needs, she questions the balance between tradition and modernity in architectural practice. Jasmine seeks to create spaces that resonate emotionally and functionally.
Sedona Jamieson
Biomedical Student
Sedona is a biomedical student at the university of Bath with aims of contributing to future research relating to the physiological neurological affects of psychological trauma. She coaches and plays tennis, as well as being a keen sailor. With large followings on social media, Sedona contributes to raising mental health awareness and advocating for change as well as sharing her story to give hope to others. She has had multiple articles published in various newspapers and does activism work with charities. Sedona is in the process of writing a book about her journey and experiences and hopes to publish soon.
Shaurya Singh
Integrated mechanical and electrical engineering student
Shaurya is currently reading Integrated Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at the University of Bath. As alluded to in this speech, his ambitions lay in aerospace and engineering, and he aims to combine his knowledge into solutions and ideas that will ultimately benefit people’s lives; which he aims to achieve through his start-up ARAXIA. A few random facts about Shaurya: he is an avid public speaker, his love for chess has led him to record victory over a WGM, institutions ranging from the Royal Academy of Engineering to the Smallpeice Trust have awarded him with scholarship, with his latest project involving design and construction of a Hybrid Motor Rocket.
