This platform will showcase seven outstanding speakers who are reshaping our understanding of success and have valuable insights to share with the youth—the catalysts of change.
These individuals have dared to challenge the status quo, questioned entrenched social norms, pushed their own limits for improvement, and consequently, have transformed their circumstances into realms of possibilities and alternatives.

An engineering graduate from IIT Delhi, Mr Gupta has held various pivotal positions and made remarkable contributions throughout his illustrious career. Driven by the mission of developing future-ready global citizens, he envisions a robust, vibrant, and holistic education system. As a motivational speaker, he enjoys engaging with young people and embodies their confident and enthusiasm.

Exuberant Ishan Sukul is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse industries. He holds a solid educational background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and has developed expertise in management, strategy, and investment over the years. Ishan has held key roles at Bain & Company, Guild Capital, and Deloitte. Additionally, he excels in cross-country people management and execution strategy, demonstrated at The Parent Inc. and The Mumum Co. Currently, he is the Founder of Kreo, a provider of high-quality tech gear for gamers and content creators. Ishan demonstrates strong commitment to community service through extensive volunteer work, including pro-bono consulting at Slum Soccer and coaching football at Sarvodya Co-ed School, where he mentors both girls' and boys' teams for tournaments and promotes fitness.

Chef Akriti Malhotra is the CEO and co-founder of AKU’s - The Burger Co., which proudly embraces the tagline "Real Ingredients Taste Better" and is dedicated to crafting original, top-quality burgers and comfort food. With a diverse background spanning from an Economics Degree to a stint in Risk Advisory at Ernst & Young, and formal culinary training from The Culinary Institute of America, New York, Akriti Malhotra's journey to founding AKU's was truly multifaceted. After refining her skills in French Michelin 3-star fine dining restaurants in New York and serving as Executive Sous Chef at DIVA restaurants, Akriti identified a gap in the Delhi food scene: the absence of the iconic Manhattan burger experience. This realization fuelled her determination to establish AKU's in 2017.

An alumnus of Mayoor School, Noida, she is a Dance Movement Therapy Practitioner and is passionate about healing mind and body through dance. A post graduate in Dance Movement Therapy from St. Miras College, Pune, Tarini campaigns Somatic Experiencing and specialises in understanding the connection between body and mind and their impact on our holistic health. Furthermore, Tarini is a passionate animal welfare volunteer and partakes in raising funds for NGO’s and pro bono psychological service.
