Learning facilitator and creator of training spaces

Alejandra León, learning facilitator and creator of training spaces, completed her master's studies in Education & Human Development with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Learning at The George Washington University, USA and a specialization in Executive and Personal Coaching at the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain. Alejandra has experience in the design and implementation of social and educational programs in the private, public and international cooperation spheres, as well as experience in facilitating courses and workshops in Bolivia, the United States and Costa Rica, Spain and China.

Alejandro Daniel Castellón Gorena

University teacher and musician

Daniel Castellón, University Professor, both undergraduate and graduate at the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, and the Universidad Privada Boliviana, has studies in Music Therapy, Epistemology and Master's Degree in Higher Education; He is a singer-songwriter and a passionate teacher; father of a girl he loves with all his heart and a fervent believer that the current generation will do better things for their planet and humanity.

Álvaro Oquendo García

Business administrator

Business Administrator and Member of the International Chamber of Speakers. He has international certifications in Emotional Intelligence (Anáhuac), Health Culture in Business (Harvard) and Human Talent Management (UNAM), among others. His vocation for service is reflected through an extensive history of volunteering in the social, cultural, educational and environmental fields. Since 2019, it has trained more than 1,500 children and young people in the development of soft skills, good eating habits and ecological awareness, firmly convinced that the change we want to see in the world begins with oneself.

Lucy Belén Velásquez Cusicanqui

Journalist and social communicator

Lucy Velásquez has a degree in Social Communication Sciences from UMSA. She is a graduate par excellence with a major in Journalism. Also, graduated with excellence from the Diploma in Higher Education. He has 7 years of experience in media: radio, press, television and digital platforms. He knows how to speak Aymara and English. Currently, she is a producer of the “Regeneration” Program within University Television. In addition, she is the host of the Meridian news program in the same media. Lucy's mantra is: «For every sad moment, I will have a bigger smile every day. For every tear shed, I will be made of metal. For every bad day, I promise myself ten more wonderful ones. It doesn't matter if I don't sleep, if I have to fight the tide, I will be there, punctual, without excuses, giving my all, with a smile. Being kind to those who hurt us, seeing solutions where there are problems. Being better every day»

María Emilia Aguilar

Computer systems engineer

Emilia Aguilar, computer systems engineer and currently working in the world of blockchain. She has more than 5 years of experience in technology, being part of multiple communities, teams and events to further empower women in STEM areas. Emmi, as she likes to be called, is a professional dedicated to education to close digital gaps, taking part in international events and traveling the world to bring knowledge to her country, Bolivia. He participated in multiple international programming competitions, winning them in Turkey, Colombia, Mexico and Brazil.

Mónica Flores

University teacher

Mónica Flores Rojas is a passionate linguist specialized in language teaching with more than 17 years of experience. She completed her undergraduate studies in Linguistics and Languages at the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés and completed a master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) in the United States thanks to the prestigious Fulbright scholarship. He also won a scholarship from the French Ministry of Education to teach Spanish in the city of Lille. His love of teaching is reflected in the multiple Teaching awards that he has received at two of the most important universities in Bolivia: the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo” and Universidad Mayor de San Andrés in La Paz Bolivia and he has also taught English to students from all over the world at two renowned North American universities: the University of Connecticut and the University of North Carolina Greensboro.

Paula Muñoz Reyes

Psychologist

Paula Muñoz Reyes, psychologist specializing in clinical sexology, family, systemic, individual and couples therapy, has a master's degree in sexual health intervention. Diploma in higher education. Founder of the Comprehensive Center for Couples and Cisex Sexuality, entrepreneur and above all, Paula is the mother of two beautiful children, a wife, friend, sister, daughter, a person passionate about life and its pleasures.
