Akomaye Ugar

Pastor and Leadership Expert

Akomaye Ugar is the Lead Pastor of HoneyStreams Christian Centre – an Apostolic commission on three continents raising men of purpose who align with God’s Kingdom order. He is an author of over 20 books, including the viral, “20 Things to Do Before You Are 30”; he is an international leadership development speaker, a member of American Psychological Association, and PhD candidate in Educational Psychology. He has certifications from reputable institutions including Harvard University and the World Bank. Pastor Ugar has spoken to audiences on four continents and is a recipient of the prestigious City Key honour conferred by the Mayor of Kenton in the United States of America. He currently maintains residency in the USA, as well as Nigeria.

Dr. Mfon Akpaso

Dr. Mfon Akpaso is a distinguished medical doctor, lecturer at the University of Calabar, and one of the nation's finest counselors, dedicated to promoting mental health across the country. With consultancy roles for international organizations like Concern Universal and Actionaid (Nigeria), she brings a wealth of experience. Her research spans Endocrinology, Teratology, Developmental Biology, and Cellular and Molecular Biology. Within the university, she has served in various capacities, including Head of the Department of Anatomy and member of the Student Support Unit. Dr. Akpaso has published extensively, co-authored a textbook on Phytomedicine, and written a novel, Delilah’s Syndrome, on self-esteem for young people. Her impactful work, especially in HIV/AIDS prevention, has earned her multiple awards. She is a member of numerous professional bodies, such as the Anatomical Society of Nigeria and the Nigerian Medical Association. As a counselor, Dr. Akpaso is committed to giving people their best shot at life, spreading the message of mental health nationwide.

A creative mind and a graduate from the University of Calabar, Mr. Friday has significantly shaped the local comedy scene. He is the driving force behind Laugh House, a platform he established to nurture and develop emerging comedy talents. In addition to his contributions to live comedy, Mr. Friday is the mastermind behind the Otwetwe Radio show on Hit 95.5 FM, where he served as both host and brand strategist for the Otwetwe brand. His innovative approach and dedication have made the show a staple for comedy enthusiasts and information seekers Mr. Friday is also renowned for being the host of the Mother of Comedy shows in Calabar, including the popular "My Kingdom Come" and "LAFFTAMANIA." His work not only entertains but also enriches the cultural fabric of the community. Happily married and blessed with lovely children, Mr. Friday balances his professional endeavors with a fulfilling family life.
