Through training Dalgu, he gained a deeper understanding of dopamine's effects, from its role in social media and video games to its impact on true love and companionship. His experience taught him that the joy of caring for someone or something you love far outweighs the temporary pleasure of digital media. He hopes to inspire others to seek deeper connections that bring lasting happiness and fulfillment.
