Johnny Lin is the Founder and Chief Sustainability Officer of Novo Consultancy, with a background in architecture and interior design. Born in Hong Kong, he began his career in Beijing in 1989 and moved to Shanghai in 2000, where he settled down. Two years ago, he started focusing on and delving into sustainable development and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), actively providing sustainable solutions for clients. With extensive experience in innovation, Johnny Lin is dedicated to integrating design principles into green transitions, helping companies improve governance and fulfill social responsibility to achieve long-term value. His diverse expertise enables him to support clients across industries in addressing global environmental challenges and building a resilient, responsible business ecosystem.
Meng Kang

Meng Kang has been engaged in urban renewal and operation in Suzhou for 8 years. She is an art and urban philosophy research enthusiast. She and Shanghai Ruan Yisan City Heritage Protection Foundation jointly built the "Invisible City" project, focusing on the protection and development of Suzhou ancient city. She hold the world water conservancy project in Suzhou in the Song Dynasty to Zhihetang "Landscape in Watery Place" studied was won at the World Heritage Conference 2021 ICOMOS To publish, and promote the spirit of Jiangnan gardens at the Suzhou Jiangnan Culture and Art·International Tourism Festival. As a curator and operational participant of multiple urban spaces, she uses technical philosophy and artistic curative to inspire more people to learn local water conservancy knowledge and the wisdom of ancient construction technology.

Mickey Chien believes that food knows no national boundaries and have integrated the essence of different gastronomic traditions with China's historic culinary culture throughout my career.
The ingredients are meticulously selected by me in accordance with the solar terms, and Mickey always makes sure that my menus reflect the unique style of the specific region.
In Mickey’s view, cooking is not about complicating food, but about using seasonal and local ingredients to bring out the best and purest natural flavors in each dish.
People regard sustenance as their heaven, food safety as a life priority, and sincerity as the source of quality.
