Theme: A Sign of the Times

This event occurred on
October 20, 2024
2:00pm - 5:00pm AEDT
(UTC +11hrs)
Sydney, New South Wales
Australia

Our theme ‘A Sign of the Times’ stems from our collective love of music. Prince and Harry Styles have created their own versions of ‘A Sign of the Times’, both anthems in their own right.

Music is a dynamic force that transcends age, race, status, language, and time.
It is a powerful mirror of society that reflects our trials and triumphs as a population. Music teaches us, heals us, helps us, and comforts us all in vastly different ways. Out of our tragedies and achievements, music is where we turn our emotions into art.

To us, we interpret ‘A Sign of the Times’ as a pivotal moment. To the speakers, that may be in their personal lives, their
careers, or society and each individual’s take on it will result in a chance to open your mind.

You will learn about current topics from a fresh new perspective, you will hear personal stories and successes, you will learn what the future has in store for us and so, so much more. Our TEDx event will give you the ultimate chance to be taught, entertained, and inspired!
