Ilaaf Al-Saidi

Bridge builder
to me, she got very angry because I didn’t make eye contact. “Look at me when I’m talking to you!” That was so confusing for me, as I was doing it out of respect. My mission: "Building bridges between people." Wherever I’ve worked—whether in entertainment, hospitality, education, defense, or the police—I’ve noticed the cultural differences and the misunderstandings that arise from them within organizations. And it’s precisely these misunderstandings that I want to eliminate! My mission is clear: “Building bridges between people, because we’re more alike than we think."
