Claudio Moura

Claudio de Moura Castro is a Brazilian economist and doctorate from Vanderbilt University. Castro was a professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, at Getulio Vargas Foundation, University of Chicago, University of Brasília, University of Geneva and the University of Burgundy. He worked at the World Bank and the Interamerican Development Bank. Chaired the CAPES (the government agency responsible for investments on research in Brazil) from 1979 to 1982, and currently chairs the Advisory Board of the Faculty Pythagoras. Besides of that, he publish a column in VEJA magazine, the most famous in Brazil, every 15 days since september 1996
