Singhi has 43 years of experience in the cement sector. Up until 2013, he led Shree Cement Ltd. for 20 years as one of the most efficient and profitable cement producers. He has represented the business and cement sector globally in platforms including the 2019 UN Climate Action Summit, UN Climate Ambition Summit, Global Climate Action in COP-24 and high-level dialogues with the French presidency. He serves on a range of organizations and commissions in India and abroad, including as carbon pricing champion for World Bank Group and a member of the alliance of CEO climate leaders to the World Economic Forum.
