Meghan Hussey is committed to disability inclusion in global development.

Why you should listen

Meghan Hussey has spent time researching and enhancing programs for young people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in China and Africa. She later continued this focus while managing inclusive sports education programs and government relations for Special Olympics International. In 2012-2013, she was a Fulbright Scholar at Beijing Normal University, where she did research on Chinese programs for autistic teens and adults. In 2014-2015, she was a Mitchell Scholar at Trinity College Dublin, where she received an MSc in global health and published research on disability rights in South Africa. She was a Bezos Scholar in 2007.
