Nadya Bartol is managing director at BCG Platinion, a division of Boston Consulting Group. She has advised numerous organizations about how to transform their cybersecurity programs to address evolving challenges of modern world. She has written numerous national and international cybersecurity standards and best practice documents, and she represents the United States in the ISO cybersecurity standards development. Bartol is deeply interested in the people and process aspects of cybersecurity, especially how to apply principles from other disciplines, such as organizational change, measurement and software development, to improve cybersecurity outcomes.
