Nicos Marcou is a human resources executive with an expertise in talent development and organizational design that he developed across several sectors and countries. He speaks, writes and consults on leadership, change and innovation. His work focuses on what leaders need to do to manage and inspire teams in a complex and ever-changing business environment. Throughout his career, he has worn many hats, owning and leading processes in talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, diversity, equity and inclusion, learning and development, and employee relations. Prior to relocating back to the US, he held HR leadership and coaching roles in Cyprus and the UK. This allowed him to travel across the world engaging leaders and professionals alike on what matters most at work.Outside of his current role, Marcou is a thought leader and has curated TEDx events in New York City. He has developed thought leadership that has been discussed in articles and podcasts and has been a featured speaker at several conferences. He previously held board member roles and volunteered with nonprofits that advance youth employment and upskilling.
