Why you should listen

In collaboration with artists ranging from David Bowie to the Kronos Quartet, Willie Williams designs and directs multimedia performances and public artworks. He is best known for his 40-year creative relationship with rock band U2, including directing the Zoo TV and U2360 tours and, most recently, U2:UV, Achtung Baby Live at the Sphere, which set a new standard for modern rock and pop performance. William Gibson, writing in Wired magazine, said "Willie Williams combines a passionate delight in technology with an infectious low-tech joy. His innovations have become industry standards."
